About Us

The T. Rowe Price Program for Charitable GivingSM is an independent, nonprofit corporation and donor-advised fund founded by T. Rowe Price Associates to promote personal and corporate philanthropy by providing an efficient and effective means for initiating, growing, and distributing charitable gifts. The Program has contracted with various T. Rowe Price companies to provide operational, recordkeeping, and investment management services to the Program.

Ann Allston Boyce - President

Ann Boyce has worked in the nonprofit arena for over 35 years. Prior to joining The T. Rowe Price Program for Charitable Giving in March 2001, she was president of Boyce-Mansfield Inc., a Baltimore-based organizational and consulting firm specializing in nonprofit organizations. Before establishing Boyce-Mansfield in 1988, she was deputy director of administration for the Baltimore Museum of Art. She is a graduate of Hollins University with an M.A. in art history from the University of Maryland, College Park.

She serves as president of the board of The T. Rowe Price Associates Foundation.

Board of Directors

As a public charity, the Program has a Board of Directors with ultimate authority over all aspects of the Program, including the right to approve grant recommendations and investment allocations.

James S. Riepe - Director and Chairman

James Riepe is senior advisor and retired vice chairman of the Board of Directors of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. Until his retirement, he was responsible for overseeing the firm's global mutual fund and institutional investment activities and served as chairman of the T. Rowe Price Mutual Funds. In addition, he currently is on the board of The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. and Genworth Financial, Inc., and previously served as chairman of the Investment Company Institute, the national trade association for the mutual fund industry.

He serves on several philanthropic boards, including the University of Pennsylvania, of which he is chairman, The Baltimore Museum of Art (former chairman), Gilman School (former president), and The United States Ski and Snowboard Foundation.

George L. Bunting - Director

George Bunting is president and CEO of Bunting Management Group. He formerly served as chairman of the board and CEO of the Noxell Corporation (a Procter & Gamble Company as of November 1989). He is a director of Mercantile Bankshares Corporation and Baltimore Equitable Insurance.

He serves on several philanthropic boards, including Johns Hopkins University, of which he is past vice chairman, Johns Hopkins Medicine, of which is past chairman, the Maryland Institute College of Art, and the Institute for Christian and Jewish Studies.

Juliet A. Eurich - Director

Juliet Eurich is the Executive Director of the Alvin and Fanny B. Thalheimer Foundation in Baltimore, Maryland. She received her Juris Doctorate from Boston College Law School and practiced law in the Baltimore-Washington area from 1977 until 2004. Ms. Eurich worked at the Department of Justice for 17 years serving as the Chief of the Civil Division in the Baltimore U.S. Attorney's Office and as Legal Counsel to all the U.S. Attorneys Offices, in Washington, DC.

She serves on several philanthropic boards including CenterStage, The Baltimore Community Foundation, The Institute for Christian and Jewish Studies, and Baltimore Partners for Enhanced Learning.
