The T. Rowe Price Program for Charitable Giving, Inc., was established to promote personal and corporate philanthropy. Founded by T. Rowe Price in 2000, the Program is a separate nonprofit corporation with an independent Board of Directors. The Board of Directors has ultimate control over all Program assets and all investment and granting activities.

Each donor's tax situation is different, and tax laws and regulations are subject to change. Donors to the Program for Charitable Giving are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of positions taken on their tax returns. We encourage donors to consult with their tax advisors regarding the treatment of contributions to the Program.

The Program for Charitable Giving has service agreements with T. Rowe Price, but the Program is not a product or service of T. Rowe Price.
